Our routing infrastructure at Canada data center is essentially based on Cisco products. The anti-DDoS infrastructure has been setup for all servers at our Canada data center. When it comes to the infrastructure, we are as fastest as our weakest link. We ensure none exists. We are customer centric and will strive to ensure nothing less than the most reliable and cutting edge technology.
Our Canada data center is powered by two separate cleanest and reliable power supplies. Since moving in 2007, we have had nearly 100% utility power uptime. On those rare occasions when there is a problem with the utility power, we offer UPS backed power from distinct, disparate UPS systems. Power generators have an initial autonomy of 48 hours to counteract any failure of the electricity supply network. Some of our server ranges are also equipped with double power supplies and double network cards so that the infrastructure is redundant from end to end.
Our data center at Canada is free from Air Conditioning. The “30% air cooling” + “70% water cooling” = 0% air conditioning solution is deployed in our Canada data center. To ensure that the optimal cooling and air circulation is available at all times, the air flow studies are conducted and an analysis with infrared heat sending cameras is performed on a regular basis.
As far as the security is concerned, all access to our premises is strictly monitored. To prevent any intrusions or hazards, the boundaries of our data center are secured using barbed-wire fencing. We have 24x7 video surveillance and movement detection system actively in operation. Also, our data center itself is staffed 24x7. Outside of the regular business hours, all individual entering or exiting the building are required to present building credentials and sign in with onsite security staff. We have even higher level of protection as only authorized personnel can gain entry to the data center.
The Canada data center rooms are fitted with a fire detection and extinction system as well as fire doors. The data center has smoke detectors above and below the floor. The data center has fire detection system with early detection alarm system which is monitored both within the office suite and by the building's 24x7 security staff. The Canada data center complies with the APSAD R4 rule for the installation of mobile and portable extinguishers and has N4 conformity certification.
The data center infrastructure is monitored via a centralized building monitoring system and routine visual inspections. Also, our data center is staffed 24x7 with server experts. our infrastructure is also maintained at or above recommended maintenance intervals to pro-actively address any potential issues before they can become full blown problems
