18 years with AccuWeb...

I signed up for AccuWeb hosting service in 2004. Their low prices attracted me. They were cheap and that was important to me at the time.

But cheap doesn’t ever keep you attached to any service provider for 18 years. Cheap almost always results in low quality and dissatisfaction. You stay attached to a service for 18 years only because of consistent high quality and excellent performance.

Cheap is still important to me but now I also have more requirements. AccuWeb has expertly accommodated all of those additional requirements over the years and has always gone above and beyond expectations in terms of what’s available and the price.

Occasionally a colleague will question my choice of web host and suggest their alternative. They usually say that I’m paying too much. I always ignore recommendations that offer “free” or “lifetime” service for one price. All such services end in disaster and it is obvious why. They get you in the door and spam you forever with upsell offers.

Apart from that, I always check out my colleagues’ recommendation - just to make sure I still have the best. Their base prices are occasionally close to AccuWeb’s, but when you add the extras that any developing business will inevitably need, there is no comparison.

I strongly recommend AccuWeb to any business that wants cost-effective and timely expert client support. But if you also intend your business to expand and don’t want the hassles of constantly switching web hosts, AccuWeb is a no-brainer.

I've been using AccuWebHosting for my web hosting needs for several months now, and I've been enjoying their excellent services thoroughly. Their up time is very impressive, and their customer service is second to none in my experience.

I’ve always received responses to my queries within an hour of sending them in, and the quality of assistance is quite good. The platform has good malware scanning for even the shared hosting section of their service, as attested to my experience with a certain free, nulled theme. In less than an hour, the malware including in the corrupted free theme was detected. They quickly shut down the website, and left me instructions on how to clean up the malware, after which the website was immediately restored.

I recommend their services because of its quality, especial the security features that protects their WordPress hosting, plus their amazing customer service.

Where do I start? What an amazing company! I requested a forex VPS expecting a turnaround within 48hrs due to the low price I paid, however my server was live within an hour. I was able to log in and get started straight away. Setup was very easy. The hosting page is easy to navigate around. My server speeds are fantastic with low ping/latency. Download/upload speeds well over 200mb on there entry level package. What really put the icing on the cake is there youtube channel. Every question you can think of has a tutorial. Bluehost locked away settings and was very hard to configure or use, their custom plugins make it hard to move or restore backups.
GoDaddy gave me very bad support and can be bad about upcharges.
I like SiteGround and still use it for other projects. Nothing bad to say about them but I do like that AccuWeb still has cPanel.

They have tiers and plans for just about any user. The free trial tier is great for working on a project before getting a lot of traffic. I expect to upgrade as-needed but I like not having high costs to start building an audience. Shared hosting wouldn't work for tons of traffic though and would need to move to something like a VPS.

Great service for nonprofits

After using AWH for a few years now, we're still overall satisfied. We use the Wordpress cloud service and have zero downtown. Tech support is always helpful and is usually available any day/night. The only thing we run into an issue with is having to post reviews in order to keep our service active. Thankfully we are happy with AWH and don't mind posting reviews for them! Great service and highly recommended.

Tip for consumers:

Stay on top of their requests to post reviews or else they'll suspend your account. This isn't that bad though, and they're very flexible. I think they just want to make sure you're a real account.

This is a great site with great service

I subscribed to the basic service and built my first Wordpress website on this server. The processing power is very good compared to a few other server companies I tried before.
